Please email info@brellohealth.com within 24 hours of your completed provider review. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
For most states, your package ships within 2–3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking information once it's on the way.
Once the carrier confirms your medication has been delivered, the process is considered complete. Because these are medications, we're unable to reship once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you did not receive your package despite a delivery confirmation, please file a claim directly with the courier for lost or stolen packages.
